Hawke's Bay hospital so hot it's becoming unsafe to work

It's so hot it's becoming unsafe to work. That's how unions are describing temperatures at Hawke's Bay Hospital - with staff and patients sweltering in 30 degree heat due to a lack of air conditioning. Fans and ice blocks are being handed out and tinted window film installed to help beat the heat on the hot wards, but the unions say those solutions are 'laughable' and airconditioning is urgently needed. Hawke's Bay reporter Anusha Bradley spoke to Resident Doctors' Association spokesperson, Deborah Powell.
