The government has issued a new plea to Aucklanders over Covid-19 testing as the tail of Delta continues to bear down on the city of sails.
It is asking all people working in level three businesses to get tested twice in the next two days.
There were eight new cases in the community today and Aucklanders will have to wait until next Monday to find out if they will drop down an alert level.
