Govt stumps up $12 million for uninsured Christchurch homeowners

The government is stumping up $12 million to pay out uninsured Christchurch red zone homeowners, more than seven years after the quakes. The 103 property owners will receive the 2007 2008 rateable value for their uninsured homes. Dan Dalgety spoke to property owners after the announcement.
