This is the 3rd album from this fantastic organ trio - a funky throwback to 60s-styled organ trios (hammond organ, drums, guitar) all instrumental, album features a dramatic reading of Wham's Careless Whisper as a slow instrumental ballad.

2. "Alphabet Street" by Leo Kottke and Mike Gordon (yes, Prince cover!) It's the 9th song on their new duo record, "Noon"
Leo Kottke is a folk guitar virtuoso in his 70s - he's made records under his own name and as a sideman. Mike Gordon is the bassist in the jam-band Phish and a huge Kottke fan. This is their third record together but their first in 15 years and Kottke's first album at all in the last decade and a bit. A welcome return with some lovely covers and originals.
