Fiji erring on the side of optimism as Covid-19 numbers climb

Fiji is erring on the side of optimism as Covid-19 cases in the country continue to climb.

At least 15 more Covid cases have been confirmed in the past few days with over 30 active cases in the community and at least a dozen with no links to current clusters.

However our correspondent in Fiji, Lice Movono says the government has lifted a lockdown imposed over the weekend and is promoting a Covid pass to enable businesses to operate amid the community outbreak.
