Frustration gives rise to new political party in Cook Islands

The founder of a new political party in the Cook Islands says it's born out of frustration with the current system, not just any particular party. 

Long-time public servant Te Tuhi Kelly is in the process of registering the Progressive Party of the Cook Islands, and he says he has the backing of several business leaders and current politicians. 

He told Jamie Tahana that dramatic reform is needed, which none of the current parties in Parliament are willing to confront.
