The Vanuatu MP Kalo Seule has been arrested and charged with tax related offences.

The Vanuatu Daily Post reported Mr Seule is contesting one of five seats in the Port Vila constituency, in today's general election.
The independent candidate and Manager of Parts Plus South Pacific is alleged to have failed to pay Value Added Tax since 2010.
He was taken into custody on Tuesday and was still there yesterday, waiting to appear in the Magistrates court.
