Papua New Guinea's former prime minister, Sir Michael Somare, has laid a complaint of breach of the Leadership Code against 70 current and past MPs.
The Post Courier reports that Sir Michael's complaint also implicates the governor-general, security force commanders and departmental heads.
In his complaint, he made reference to the recent compensation payment he received from the government over his illegal removal from office in 2011.
Sir Michael says his complaint relates to the failure by leaders to comply with Supreme Court orders which in effect reinstated him as prime minister.
