South Korean investment giant E Land Group aims to hold the grand opening of its re-named Kensington Saipan Hotel before Christmas when renovations, costing between $20 million and $30 million, are finally complete.
A total of 313 rooms are being renovated and once finished the hotel is expected to provide up to 300 job opportunities in a rebounding tourism industry.
