In Vanuatu, the Scholarship's Office has terminated 15 scholarships and suspended 36, two for criminal reasons.
According to the Daily Post newspaper Vanuatu's Education Director Roy Obed says the students' unsatisfactory academic performance has wasted more than 470 thousand US dollars over the last year.
