Two Samoa government employees are dead and two others have serious injuries following a car accident on Savaii island.
They were the occupants of a Samoa Water Authority vehicle, and all were employees of the government corporation.
The police say the vehicle crashed between the villages of Saipipi and Lano.
The seriously injured pair have been transferred today from Tuasivi hospital to the main National hospital at Motootua for further medical examination.
The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
