Fiji swimmer Caroline Puamau continued her strong form in the pool in Glasgow, finishing 12th overall in the 50m backstroke.
The 34 year old set a new personal best time of 30.46 seconds in the semi finals, improving on her effort in the heats by nearly three tenths of a second.
Team Fiji Chef De Mission Lyndall Fisher says it continues what has been a very strong meet for the country's swim team, with Puamau, Tieri Erasito and Matelita Buadromo all winning heats.
"I think just about every swimmer has done a personal best since they've been here. We were delighted with Caroline this morning when she swam and placed 13th so she went into the semi finals [and] she bettered her personal best in the semi finals this afternoon. Her time of 30.46 placed her 12th overall so that was a real bonus for her".
Elsewhere for Team Fiji, shooter Glen Kable is in 11th place after the first day of men's trap qualification, which continues on Tuesday evening.
