The American Samoa Government is proposing a 424 million US dollar budget for the 2015 fiscal year which begins on October the 1st.
The amount is 31 millions or seven percent less than the previous year.
According to a 26-page letter summarising the budget, revenue sources that make up the budget are all seeing a decrease.
Local revenues are projected at 106 million dollars, a two percent reduction from 2014.
