Power cut at Solomons school

12:37 pm on 18 July 2014

A main school in the Solomon Islands capital has again had its water and power cut because of unpaid utility bills.

The Solomon Star reportes that state-owned King George Sixth school has been hit by the disconnection in the past few days.

The paper says this is likely to result in the slow start of the second semester classes.

It says it was the second time for the school to have had such cuts.
