A survey by the American Samoa Election Office is canvassing why voters didn't cast ballots in the 2012 general elections and any problems that voters may have experienced.
The survey is part of the Election Office's Outreach Program.
The survey asks if you voted in the 2012 elections, if so what problems did you experience, and if not, why.
An elections officials says the answers will help the Election Office make improvements for the next elections.
Some respondents have suggested that the election office move to online voting.
