7:44 am on 14 May 2014

The Papua New Guinea Hunters have made a number of changes for Sunday's Queensland Cup rugby league clash with the Norths Devils.

The Hunters are riding high in third place, one above their next opponents, following a victory over Wynnum Manly Sea Eagles.

Roger Laka takes over the captaincy from Israel Eliab, who is recovering from the measles.

Prop Timothy Lomai returns from a two-game suspension, while Willie Minoga and Dion Aiye both drop to the interchange bench.

Another front-rower, Joe Bruno, has been named to start but will be monitored by the clubs medical staff during the week, after suffering concussion against Wynnum.

Gonzela Urakusie and David Loko remain stood down.
