A former cabinet minister in Tonga has been named as the country's acting Commissioner for Public Relations.
Aisea Taumoepeau is a former Minister for Justice and Attorney General.
The Commissioner for Public Relations will help develop the structure to oversee the Good Governance Commission.
Radio Tonga reports Mr Taumoepeau will also review the bill establishing the Commission.
