The general manager of Vanuatu's National Tourism Office, Linda Kalpoi, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the World Bank's International Finance Corporation to work together to promote the country's tourism sector.
Mrs Kalpoi says the partnership with the IFC will include increasing awareness of Vanuatu in China through marketing activities.
The IFC's Ian Crosby says it will support the VTO to bring in more tourists, lift standards and increase investment in the tourism sector.
