Australians have been warned to exercise caution when travelling within some areas of the Solomon Islands capital, Honiara.
A travel advisory on the Australian Government's smart traveller website says Australians travelling within the Lunga Area near Henderson International Airport must be wary because youths there have been throwing rocks at passing vehicles, especially at night.
The travel advisory says recently there have been rock throwing incidents at the Lunga Bridge, and Australians living in Honiara are warned to leave the area quickly in the event of an incident.
