Bangladesh piled on 281 for 9 batting first, with Riley Hekure the pick of the bowlers taking 3 for 50.
But the Garamuts lost wickets at regular intervals to be dismissed for just 116, with Gaudi Toka's 35 the top score.
PNG's final warm-up game is tomorrow against Canada with their first match of the tournament against Scotland this weekend.
