Arrest warrant issued for teen accused of ridiculing Samoan PM: report

An arrest warrant has been issued for an 18-year-old boy accused of ridiculing the Samoan Prime Minister, Tuilaepa Sa'ilele Malielegaoi, in a video posted on the internet.

The Samoa Observer reports that the boy failed to show up to a court hearing on Savai'i where he was due to appear yesterday.

The teenager, from Sili, is charged with uttering insulting words.
