A disciplinary tribunal has cleared Kumuls hooker Paul Aiton to play in Papua New Guinea's next match against Samoa on Tuesday morning.
Aiton successfully appealed the one-match suspension handed down by an International Match Review Panel for a careless high tackle against France earlier this week.
The Tribunal lifted the suspension but imposed a formal caution, which will remain on his record for the rest of the tournament.
