Australia's Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has arrived in Papua New Guinea for talks on trade, how to tackle crime in PNG and the controversial Australian-run detention centre on Manus Island.
On arrival, Mr Rudd was met by the deputy prime minister, Leo Dion, and the foreign minister, Rimbink Pato.
