The Federal Bureau of Investigation arrested a Northern Marianas firefighter last Thursday for allegedly having sex with two young girls.
43 year-old Richard Sullivan Benavente has been charged with sexual exploitation of children.
He also allegedly videotaped sex acts.
The FBI also arrested Annette Nakatsukasa Basa who allegedly offered Mr Benavente the two young girls in exchange for drugs and money.
Ms Basa is being charged with sex trafficking and could face a life term in jail.
If convicted, Mr Benavente faces up to 30 years jail.
