The Samoa Rugby Union has appointed Malo Nofoagatotoa as the new Manu Samoa Sevens Team Manager and Assistant Coach.
The 39 year old has spent the past five years as in charge of the Moata'a rugby club.
He also coached the Apia Union team to a win against New Zealand's Heartland XV late last year and was an Assistant Coach for Samoa's Under 20 team in the recent Junior World Cup Championship in France.
Nofoagatotoa says his appointment is a great honor, while Samoa Sevens Head Coach Viliamu Punivalu says his elevation is just recognition for his hard work in developing rugby from the club level.
