A former Papua New Guinea Minister of Defence, Peter Waieng, has been killed after a violent attack near Port Moresby.
The body of the former Kundiawa-Gembogl MP was found yesterday in a village outside the capital.
While his body is being held at the morgue in Port Moresby, relatives of Peter Waieng in Chimbu province have reportedly blocked the Highlands Highway in reaction to his death.
