The military and police say they are still investigating the recent shooting of fishermen leaving four killed and three other injured in Indonesia's West Papua.
The Chief of the Cendrawasih Military Command Major General Christian Zebua told the ANTARA news agency they are still in the process of finding suspects and the motive behind the shooting.
He said the military and police are looking into the possibility of involvement of military or police members.
He said they do not condone murder what ever the reason or motives, adding, the military is taught to protect the people.
He promised to act firmly against any military men found involved in the shooting at the village of Waigama on the island of Papan, the regency of Raja Ampat.
