Six men charged with manslaughter in Tonga over the killing of New Zealand police officer, Kali Fungavaka, are to appear in court again November the 2nd.
This follows an administrative Magistrates' Court hearing today for the six men, who include five police officers.
Tonga's Solicitor General Aminiasi Kefu says at the November hearing the accused will elect to either have a deposition hearing or go directly to trial in the Supreme Court.
All of the accused remain on bail.
