Pacific countries competing at the Paralympic Games have been preparing together at a training camp in Cardiff over the past week.
The Chef de Mission for Team Vanuatu, Andrew Bynon, says being able to work together with Australia and their Oceania neighbours has been invaluable and made everyone feel a part of one big team.

When you've only got a few people from each country it's quite important to have that. Today we had a competition and that was a great opportunity for us to support each other - it's been a real benefit. We're doing a few things where we're trying to share our resources, we're sharing our medical staff and also just with the different coaches that we've got on board as well, sharing the knoweldge between the nations there.
The Pacific teams will move into the athletes village in a couple of days time.
Meanwhile four Paralympic flames have been lit on the highest peaks of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland ahead of next week's Games.
