Solomons govt still behind Political Integrity and Stability bill

The Solomon Islands Prime Minister, Gordon Darcy Lilo, has re-affirmed the government's full support for the Political Integrity and Stability bill.

Speaking during the close of the National Summit on Political Integrity and Stability.

Mr Lilo says the government's financial support and its personal engagement demonstrates its commitment.

He says once relevant options are put before the Cabinet, the Government will ensure there is no undue delay.

Mr Lilo says the Government sees its role as creating the appropriate frameworks and platforms for the children of tomorrow.

He says it will require a bi-partisan approach.
