Designer of American Samoa flag to be buried

The American Samoan man, who designed the territory's national flag, will be buried this week.

The Reverend Uinifareti Rapi Sotoa died last month, aged 74.

The cause of death has not been disclosed.

The governor Togiola Tulafono has ordered that the territorial flag be used during the funeral service to remember the late reverend, who designed it.
