An official with the Oceania Baseball Confederation has arrived in American Samoa to assist with the territory's Little League Summer and High School Baseball Programs.
Development officer Ray Brown will also assist in the Department of Parks and Recreation Softball League, and the training for the Under 19 team that will be traveling to the U.S. and Canada in the middle of this year.
Brown, who's been working with the territory's national team since 1993, will also assist with the certification of coaches and umpires for the high school baseball program.
