A Samoan boxer accused of raping a 16-year old girl in American Samoa will go on trial later this year.
Aokusitino Fa'amanu has already entered not guilty pleas to the charges of statutory rape, deviated sexual assault, first degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
The 20-year old appeared before the High Court on Tuesday for a pre trial conference where the court set trial for July 16th this year.
He remains in custody.
