Samoa police have been asked to withdraw a forgery charge against the former Chamber of Commerce president, Lemalu Sina Lima.

The former Manu Samoa winger Muliagatele Brian Lima had filed a complaint against his wife, Lemalu Sina Lima, alleging she had forged the signature of her father-in-law and husband in a business loan.

The court has adjourned the case to next week to allow the police commissioner who has the sole authority to decide if the case would be dropped or to proceed.
