Fiji and Samoa's Under 20 rugby teams have been grouped with New Zealand and Wales In the IRB Junior World Championship in South Africa in June next year.
Cape Town and Stellenbosch will host the world's premier Age Grade tournament which features the world's top 12 ranked Under 20 teams.
New Zealand has won all four under 20 tournaments, while Samoa earnt their place after winning the second-tier Junior World Rugby Trophy.
