Boat to re-supply Manu'as after 3 weeks

The first boat trip to the Manu'a islands in American Samoa, in three weeks leaves the main island Tutuila tonight.

Yesteday the US Coast Guard cleared the government vessel, MV Sili, to resume service.

The vessel's certificate of inspection, was pulled by the Coast Guard in October.

The clearance comes as store goods, gasoline and school lunch supplies for students on Manu'a are nearly depleted.
