Tonga have moved into the top ten on the IRB World Rugby Rankings, following their stunning win over France at the weekend.

The 'Ikale Tahi rose four places to ninth, with the French slipping three spots to eighth.

New Zealand remains atop the standings, ahead of South Africa and Australia.

Ireland, Wales and Argentina have all risen one place as a result of France's decline.

Samoa's loss to the Springboks has seen them drop one place to eleventh, while Fiji remain in 16th spot, between Japan and the USA.
