The Cook Islands Prime Minister says Pacific countries need delivery of climate change funding, not more negotiation.
In the communique following the Pacific Islands Forum leaders summit last week, leaders stressed the critical and urgent need for adaptation finance.
Henry Puna says leaders discussed the need to advance climate change financing.
"Particularly when we have graphic examples from Kiribati, and the need to no longer engage in negotiations now, but in actual fact to engage in delivery of the promised programmes."
