The Ministry of Health in Samoa will soon move its administration services into newly built headquarters funded by China at a cost of more than 6 million US dollars.

The new facility was officially opened on Friday last week.

The opening coincides with the ground breaking ceremony for another multi million dollar ministry of health building project that will house the national medical centre.

That project is due to be completed by late next year and will also house the Oceania University of Medicine.
