The two main political parties in Samoa are beginning their searches for candidates for by-elections in the constituencies of Aleipata Itupa i Luga, Anoama'a east, Satupa'itea and Vaisigano number one.
The Electoral Commissioner last Friday announced that all four by-elections will be held on the 29th of July after the Speaker finally received all the results of the election petitions.
The opposition Tautua Samoa party has 12 seats in Parliament but is eagerly hoping to win more, despite the confidence within the ruling HRPP party that it will win all the vacant seats.
