After elections in Samoa, caretaker PM urges Fiji to return to democracy

Samoa's caretaker Prime Minister says Fiji's interim leader does not have the strength to face voters and needs to let the politicians back to do their jobs.

Samoa has just held an election, and Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi says Commodore Frank Bainimarama should follow that example.

He says the Commodore should leave politics alone:

"If he goes back to the barracks and leaves the politicians to do what they are good at, then Fiji would be a better place to live."
