The former Manu Samoa rugby coach, Aveau Niko Palamo, has had his day in court postponed until his lawyer returns to Apia.
Palamo is disputing his sacking by the Samoa Rugby Union two years ago and is suing the union for more than thirty thousand US dollars.
He says his lawyer wont be in Samoa until the end of the month and the judge said when he returns he can appear to apply for a date to hear a full hearing.
