Fiji hoping to improve relations with Indonesia with new embassy

Fiji is expecting to improve its relations with Indonesia once it opens an embassy in Jakarta.

According to the Fiji Sun, the new embassy, which is not yet open, will be one of many developments in the tourism sector where the Indonesian government is willing to help.

The Indonesian Ambassador, Chandra Salim, has been quoted saying that after the strengthening of their relationship, the countries can work together and will try to enhance the experience for tourists who visit Fiji.
