The Oceania Football Confederation is getting another bonus, this time of 2.5 million dollars from FIFA for 2011, thanks to the success of the recent World Cup in South Africa.

This is in addition to the three hundred thounsand dollar bonus that OFC member associations are each getting from FIFA.

The Oceania Football Confederation is projected to receive five million dollars from FIFA this year but the added special bonus will bring their budget for the year to 7.5 million dollars.

FIFA President Sepp Blatter revealed the bonus at Sunday's OFC's Ordinary Congress in Pago Pago.

FIFA General Secretary Jerome Valcke says the extra profits from the 2010 World Cup are being distributed across the region for development purposes.
