Staff of the Pago Pago Post Office worked through the weekend to sort holiday mail which arrived on the weekly cargo flight 24 hours late.
The flight which usually arrives Friday afternoon did nto land at Pago Pago International Airport until 1:30 Saturday afternoon.
A Post Office staffer said they had to sort about double the usual amount of weekly mail carried by the cargo flight and they were still at it early this morning.
