A church minister in Samoa has pleaded not guilty to a charge of indecently assaulting a 31-year-old woman.
The 68-year-old church minister of the Congregational Christian Church has, however, been granted temporary name suppression.
Police say the defendant took the woman in a car to the outskirt of Aleisa village where the alleged incident happened.
The prosecution will file a response to the name suppression application in a preliminary hearing set for June the 22nd.
The trial for the indecent assault charge will be on July 22nd.
