Samoa's Cabinet has approved that the Prime Minister, Tuilaepa Sailele Maleilegaoi, accept an invitation to the season's finale of the Survivor Television Programme in New York.
Two parts of the show were filmed in Samoa.
The government says the Survivor programme provided a broad advertisement for Samoa and has contributed to the countrys' economy.
