The Fiji Broadcasting Corporation says the regime is about to announce a new permanent secretary for the Ministry of Information.
It says the post is to go to the former CEO of Connect Fiji and current chair of the Fiji Audio Visual Commission, Sharon Smith-Johns.
She is to replace Lt Colonel Neumi Leweni who is reported to become the permanent secretary for the Department of Lands.
