A court dispute in Majuro over a two million US dollar United States-funded school construction job has been resolved.
This happened with the College of the Marshall Islands agreed to rebid the controversial project.
A Majuro and Guam-based construction firm, Pacific International Inc., withdrew its lawsuit in exchange for the college agreeing to issue a new
tender for the project in February.
The agreement between Pacific International and the College of the Marshall Islands was signed by Jerry Kramer and the college¹s
outgoing President Wilson Hess.
