Reports from Papua New Guinea say a man worshipping a demon killed four members of his family before killing himself.
The newspaper, The National, says the incident happened on Misima Island in Milne Bay province more than two weeks ago.
According to police, the 37-year-old man from Eaus village had on numerous occasions told his family that he was going to kill them so the world would be free.
The alleged killer was said to be a demon worshipper who believed in a black Jesus and worshipped on mountaintops before dawn.
